whats the largest fuel injector a zetec can handle?

There is no reason to change stock injector size unless you plan to blow the engine. The injectors are sized for max RPM and max airflow so the boost would determine injector size. RPM increases would require an engine rebuild with balancing.

The injector size required would double for 15 pounds of boost or double the RPM (if the airflow actually doubled).

Around 50-55lb/hr is the biggest that can fit using the stock injector driver. I forget if it's low impedence or high impedence stock, but past that you have to get a new injector driver.

Turbo Tom is running 96lbs last I heard and had to get a new injector driver so the stock ecu could run the bigger injectors. He's also pushing 400+hp.
