50 thousand for that! That's about 15K too high.
It is sweet, and definately shows much better styling than any Furd over here..

$60,000 AUD is $43,000 USD. You want it lower than that?
Cheaper than the Cobra that it beats virtually hands-down in every single category and is vastly superior in terms of handling? Not to mention being a 4-door sedan.
Could it stand to be marginally cheaper? Sure, maybe about $5,000 cheaper. And it would be if it was produced in volume. The Falcon GT is a very limited production vehicle.
But, we'd never see it here. It would cannibalize far too many Mustang sales for Ford to get on board. The only way you'd ever see the Falcon is if it came over in GT form only, a la the Monaro/GTO. As a high-priced exclusive sports sedan, it would have a place in Ford's lineup without cannabilizing much of Ford's existing lineup except some Cobra sales. But lower-priced Falcons would start to eat into GT and Mach 1 sales too much for Ford's liking.

Yes! More proof that Americans get the short end of the stick when it comes to high-perf cars.
Thanks to all the fat lazy slobs here who would rather drive an Expedition or a Chevy Malibu!

Would it be illegal to bring that car here and start driving it around?
Excuse my ignorance.

Nope. You would have to get it registered. In order to do that, it must meet US emission requirements. Of course, if you live somewhere that doesn't care about emissions, you can quickly restore the car to its original performance. We don't have emissions here in TN. Buy it and send it to me. I'll fix ya up.
