ok i'm gonna try to explain this the best i can (long story sry) - ok like 2 months ago my cd player stopped working, like i can get it to flip around and everyonce in a while get the lights on the player to come on for a sec, but that damn thing wont work, obvisouly i have the power still hooked up right BUT HERES THE ODD PART - within the same week my CD player went out my fan levels 2 and 3 stopped working (hell coulda been same day for all i know) - i read up all about the 'blower' and such troubleshooting, but i cant for the life of me figure out why both would go out at the same time (both worked fine for the 8 months i owned the car and had cd player in it) OHHHH to make things even weirder, sometimes (like when i can get my cd player backlight to come on) i can get the 2 and 3 fan settings to work - but that goes away jsut as fast as my hopes of my cd player working again - anyways thx all for reading this - hopefully u all have some suggestions - and i'd luv to hear more than "buy a new cd player and take my 'tour to get fixed up from them recals"

Umm.. i dunno about you.. but i got a 96 gl.. and the wiring harness is dryrotted very, very VERY badly.. under the fuse relay compartment, and a few other spots.. this could contribute..

just my 2 cents..


btw.. they have a recall for the harness.. my ATX is broken though.. so i gotta wait to get that fixed first.. lol.

have them check it.. or you can..
