The BAT snorkle air filter is great and comes with tubing that runs through the fender. You dont have to move or remove any thing other than your stock air box and fender inlet.
For a link look in the part sorces in mods and parts for BAT.

Thats true, but isn;t the BAT filter sill open element??? Which means its still going to draw the warm air form the engine bay, thats not true cold air.

Now I will admit that yes, its a decent set up that one of my frineds dynoed better than stock with, but a true cold air set up would be be like what GrandMasterkahn said.

Anyhting else is just a short ram intake....if your going to go the BAT route, i suggest you buy the filter and the MAF adapter sepratly (you can save money this way) and route the cold air piping yourself wsing stuff you can find at Home Depot or Orchard Supply.

You'd save money and you still ahve money to make your self a cheap heat sheild.

about installation, is there some sort of detailed instructional guide for me to follow?...even though i don't plan on doing any of it myself, i'm afraid if i took it to a professional, they still won't know what to do, i've asked pros before about my car, and all they come up with is "uhhhhhhh", "for a contour?"...soO?
