OP pharmerdan_dup1 New CEG\'er P Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 26	What the hay-billy-day be! At 80k & recent rear replacement, the brakes squeal when I'm doing 70 mph. No sounds when braking. What gives?

nando1856 CEG\'er N Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 63 D.C. Metro	The same thing happened wit my dad's 98 SE. He got the rear pads replaced and they would always squeal. When we took it back to the shop that did the work they said the aftermarket pads they were using did not have an exact fit. They got dealer pads instead and that solved the problem. 1998.5 CSVT

I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?
