Okay after many many beers and a lot of elbow grease....or should I say two finger grease..since that is about the just of clearance on our cars....the headers are in! It took 2hrs flat....piece of cake.

Okay it took a long time....all of yesterday and most of today. The oem manifolds were a son of a cookie eater to get off and some other minor problems. This was far harder than anticipated. Performance gains are great but i also have a borla cat back and many other mods...now I just need a chip

PS: It is close to impossible to work on svt's with ease.......almost want to sell it..but not yet.

I got headers, and I think that they are great. If you get a set you wont be disappointed...More power/Torque/sound and revs much easier too due to exhaust scavanging

Yes there free up a lot of lost power it was just a time consuming job. But it was worth it....it's still not loud enough though.....think I'm going to replace the cat with regular piping and upgrade my tips to 3inch angle cuts for that hollow sound

I took my stock manifolds off to gut em. Small hands rock! Patience helps. I did mine both in about 1 hour. off. prob 1 hour on, havne't done that yet.

Do you have an aftermarket exhaust on your car? I have a high flow cat from BAT that came with two y-pipes. Would I still be able to use that, or would I need something different to connect the headers to the cat?
