I finally got around to starting out this project for my SRT-4, picked up the kit from TCE a couple of months ago, and I finally got my new wheels last weekend, so now it's time to get the big brake installed. Here is a sneak peak at the brake kit.



I decided it was more appropriate to paint the Wilwood calipers red, rather than painting the stock rear calipers black.

Not 8 years to late, but remember I couldn't see mine until this past April!

Yup, you're right Jeff. I was in the caliper painting mood so I painted the Maxima's calipers too today. I did those in black, so it only took 1 coat. Talk about rust and on a 4 year old vehicle. Sad.

I have been painting the Wilwoods all week, one coat a night, 5 coats later, and then the raised letters, 2 coats. Took 3 coats just to cover the black Wilwood paint (or is it powder coat?).

I have to bake or cure the paint then on they will go, hopefully this weekend.

Chris those just plain suck. I don't know why you'd want to put those on your car. Yeah Yeah I'm envious.
