The Zetec will win for sure, The only cavi I ever lost to with mine was a Z-24... When you do beat him, go up to him and hand him a little white bag and say, here I thought you might like your ass back

tomorrows the big day. he wanted to run in the 1/8th...i said no way..we are goin 1/4 or not at all. he hesitated but then agreed. this guy is stoopid too, he isnt removing anything from his car for the race...

I've raced Cavis before and the only ones I have lost two were the Z24s and the new Cavi with the Ecotec......but both were manual.....don't know about the automatic.

i own3d him! we didnt run side by side, he was afraid to look stoopid  so we ran a few cars apart. i ran a 17.1 and he ran a 19.8  .

I'm a bit faster than the new ecotec atx cavys from a roll. From a stop,, well a semi truck could probably take me at a stoplight.

i seen lots of hondas with a few bolt ons run 18s at bandimere speedway back when i was in highschool. thats when i rolled around with alot more ponies under my hood. 300zxtt.

well I own a cavy 2.2 and I ran a 16.9 its a 94 ATX. so something must be up with that cav... remeber the 2.2's arent that bad think of it as this

and just to add to this, when I first got my license... (young and stoopid) I raced a little 94 Cavalier 2.2 Sedan ATX.... with the contour.... guess what, I lost. it was quite sad.
there not solid cars, but trust me.. there pretty peppy little machines.

Something is up with that. I've seen a 94ish atx cavy run at the track (intake and muffler) run 12s with best of a 11.6 or so (1/8 mile) and I run 11 flat on 17"s and before my cam gears,hood...
They're definitely not peppy at all. I'm not saying a stock zetec contour is either, but a cavalier definitely isn't.
