I abhor the Boston area with regard to traffic conditions, but if the entirety of MA was pushed into the ocean, you bet I'd miss it. Only central and western MA, that is. There is outrage all over the state over this proposal right now. I wonder what was going through their heads that made this seem like a good idea ... anyone know?
