Is the crank pully on my 98 SVT one piece or is there a pully and a damper?
The reason I ask is because the instructions for the ASP UD pully says that you can bolt the stock pully/damper to the new UD pully. So do they mean the whole pully or just the damper
part of it?
Has anybody done this?
Anybody have any info/thoughts on UD crank pullies in general?

Stock is one piece construction.

Your car is your business, but you might want to research the DMD a little before installing an UD pulley. There is info all over this site.

Run the stock crank damper and get an UD P/S pulley. 'nuff said.

That is the preffered way on the 2.5L, actually. Get the DMD (I've had mine for close to 60,000 miles..great "smoothing" mod), and UD your accesories. Safety and performance gain...

Thanks for the replies guys. I've all ready got a DMD & UD P/S pulley fitted but I thought I'd read somewhere that it's not a good idea to fit the UD alt pulley as well as the DMD & UD P/S pulley, is this not true then??
My UD alt puley is still in a box and I wasn't sure if I should fit it or not
