I think they'd be too thick. I wash mine in the driveway, even use a scrub brush on it, and hose the heck out of it.

To dry it, I put it in the washer on the spin cycle, with the carpet section facing the outside of the drum. Let it (them) spin for a minute or so and it's 95% dry. A little while out in the sun afterwards and they're dry enough.

It works better if you use a front loader. Most laundymats have them.

I do mine at the do it yourself car washes.
There are clips to hold floof mats to the wall to wash. Mats pressure wash, rinse and drain nicely on these clips.

Same here. Scrub brush and soap gets it all clean.

I've been told that laundry detergent is a good cleaner/soap. Prolly get most, if not all of the dirt completely out without risk of fading the color. Cheer for Cheer.

I've done it. Even threw them in the dryer.

I wouldn't put them in the dryer.
I wouldn't want to risk shrinking or warping them.

i gave my matts to a friend of mine thatclaimed he could get them super clean.
he brought them back to me and until then i never realized the SVT embroidered in them was a nice silver color.
he said he used that bleach white tire stuff.
