Awesome cars!!! I probably personally would have kept the focus just cause there are not many that are that fast. But RX-7's are a badass car!!! Nice!

95mph? that's really low.. I ran a 14.6 @ 97 in my Tour.. You should be above 100mph Id think..

I was just going to let the go being this is the pics forum but yeah 14 flat at 95 from a FWD car is definitely not very realistic at all.

My lightened SVT (~2950lbs or less vs ~2800 for the focus) ran high 14's at 95mph. That's with boat loads more power and a much broader curve as well.

Then if you consider the large diameter & heavy wheels...

So very good point indeed.

Most of them could have been used on your car, except the head.

Actually my focus was 2670 with me in it at race time. And I'm 230 lbs, so figure that. It had 164hp and 136tq at the wheels. But i don't see many contours cutting 1.9 60foot's allmotor like i did.

Actually the insurance on the RX7 is cheaper than the 98 SVT contour. I only pay about $66 bucks a month full coverage for it

ive never seen a contour run under a 2.1 60' period

my guess is that you're one hell of a driver...all I know is that I'm jealous of that zetec. Not alot of power but u seem to make good use of what it had.
