I was changing my brake pads the other day when I realize something, I think I have one wheel thats always out of alignment. Its the driver side front wheel, it seem to me that no matter how many times I alignment the car that wheel seem to wear out faster. By the time I have to get the next alignment the inside of that wheel is always worn out or at least more worn out than the other three tires. When I first got my rims I dont think it was like that. I've also cut one coil what of every spring (handle 10X better after that mod)and I didnt start having this problem until about 2 year after I've cut them so I dont think that the problem. Im ridding on the stocks now but I've had this problem both with the rims and the stocks. Could the spring not be seatting right? I do notice that the springs have very little if any compression on them with the car in the air for my oil change. Could the spring have move? Any help would be apreciate. Thanks. Sorry about the long post.

Well you did the big nono when it comes to suspensions,"cut the springs". Bad moved, when you first cut it, you weakend and over time the extra stress and load place on the spring has problay caused it to sag. But most importantly, since you claim to have had the alignment performed several times, than surley the technician or you would have noticed a excessive negative camber issue.Post a copy of your sheet, I will diag it for you. Another thing to look at is the SAI angle, if there not close to equal on either side, you may have bent something. Take a look at that sheet or better post it. That will best determin the problem

Yes, if you have a copy of the alignment readings, post it so we can give you better advice. Also read the BAT catalog information on negative camber and how it changes when the car is lowered. www.batinc.netIt is common on our cars to be borderline on negative camber or even a little beyond so that the inner edges of the front tires tend to wear. Mine did from new. Keeping after the toe set didn't help. The problem remained until I installed aftermarket camber adjusters. If you end up adding camber adjusters we can help you determine how you want it set up as well. See if you can find the alignment readings.

I gave my car a very good cleaning a few weeks ago and I think I trew that thing out I'll try to find it and post it, otherwise I was thinking of putting some GC if the springs are bad, might as well. Im suppose to get it align soon so if I cant find the old sheet i'll post the new one. Also I want to know if the GC/Koni steup might be better then the H&R/Koni setup since my springs are cut? cause I want a tight handling car but not one that beats up my internal organs, and I heard the GC/Konis on its softess setting are a real harsh ride. By the way its not like I have the best ride right now. Thanks guys as usual you guys are a great help.

They will both work fine, just get the camber kit from Bat. That will fix the negative camber issue, thus correcting tire wear.
