called insurance company and they are coming to look at it...might get a few pre existing things fixed because of it (windshield, paint scrape, etc)

but its going to suck not having the tour, and its so ugly right now, its downright depressing

i sure hope they fix it right when they do

everytime i try to take pics they wont show up because of it being white i guess...im out to try again later today

few years ago i had a 93 taurus and we had a hail storm.. the whole metro area was knocked by golf ball size hail...
the total estimate the insurance comp. gave me and a check was for $2600.... i did not get it fixed at the time and figured i would do it myself later by going the paintless dent removal system... a lot of guys came to town and started opening up these places and doing about $2000 worth of damage repair for about $1000 or less... do a search for
paintless dent removal in yahoo or google and you will find alot of sites that either do it or want to sell you the tools and or instructions for going into the business... one site even has a hail storm alert to tell the guys who do this where to go to hustlee the business after the storms..

If you own your car outright, you can get the check made out to you. If you are making payments it is not very likely. The insurance company has a responsibility to the lein holder to see that the repairs are done properly so the car dosen't loose value. But give it atry, all they will say is no.
