Does it come in a white can, is the brush tanish color, thats what I used.

I originally used the radio shack one. It worked for a while but I got another CEL so I went to the parts store and got some electra-motive or some crap like that electronic parts cleaner. Just tell them what you want and they'll get it for you. It is a real aerosol type can and works very well.

Fug that Rat Shack product, if you use it on actual electronics it doesn't even work right. Just use plain old chemtool on your MAF. Or, use non-chlorinated brake cleaner.

yeah, it did have a tanish brush on the end, I figured that would work, but the brush on the end made me think it wasnt what I was supposed to use, do I just take off the brush end and spray it on? any another thing, didnt you pay to have it cleaned by a mechanic?

I did pay to have it cleaned, I also did it myself once.

Careful when you go to shoot the electronics cleaner into the MAF. I did it and even though I was off to one side, damn if the crap didn't come back and hit me square in my eyes. That burned really bad and after flushing out my eyes with water, they still hurt a bit, Use eye protection!

Or don't hold your face down there.
