Did you notice a big difference in fuel mileage? marv New CEG\'er M Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 12 Scotland	I've changed the Exhaust & Filter and I'm using Shell Optimax (Higher RON) so It's not really a controlled experiment but i got an extra 50-75 miles out of my last half tank. Depends on how you drive I guess, put your foot down & use the extra power & you'll not get any better millage, drive gently & the better breathing may give you better mpg (?) Right now I get 26 - 28 miles per gallon; never checked it when I had my K&N filter installed, before I tossed it in the dumpster.

The paper filter was dirty though. My wifes taurus got better milage when I dropped a K&N in it.
