I was on my way home yesterday and I was stopped at jeanne darc and st joseph and I saw a black csvt with what looked like 18 inch rims maybe 17's I couldn't tell because he was moving nice looking clean car though anybody know who it may have been? There can't be too many csvt in orleans...?
