OP Mondeo V6 CEG\'er M Joined: Aug 2002 Posts: 339 England UK	Am i right in thinking you must use the MSDS Y pipe with the headers?? I've just installed the Bat Y pipe and i am very pleased with the performance and sound,the MSDS Y pipe looks like the stock one with that nasty bend,are there any headers that will work with the bat y pipe without welding and or modification?? Mondeo V6 - you thinking of ordering some? we might save some postage / blag a discount ordering together? Am thinking about in the next couple of months. THis could be an expensive bug to get? Generally - Is a UIM / LIM / Throttle body upgrade preferable to Headers on a standard V6? Recently installed Exhaust & K&N and I'm thinking I need to reset the computer, doesn't have the same change in pull when the secondaries open, or maybe it just breaths better before they open. You would fail a visual inspection for the pre-catalysts and you would probably also fail a start up emissions test. If either of those apply. You would easily pass a rolling (dyno) emissions test without them. 2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor! It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.
