Is it a roofing membrane? I am ready to do my whole car but I need to know what Im looking for. Search for the word "Resisto" and you'll find it. I picked up a roll of the only roofing product that is adhesive backed and will probably install some tomorrow... Just checked the box. NEI company, Ice & Storm seal. 100 sq ft for $25.

Any non-lumpy, smooth, no smell roofing membrane will do. Aluminum backing is a personal choice, it only adds to price IMHO.
