How much do you guys think it would cost to get my whole car repainted??? And does most of the paint cost the same???

Your best bet would to get estimates from local body shops. It shouldn't cost you anything. Nobody can give an idea w/o knowing the work involved, condition of the car, what exactly you are having painted (changing color, repainting the same color...?) and nobody should give an estimate w/o seeing the car in person...there are alot of variables. I'd hate to see someone tell you it only cost them $1500 to have theirs done when yours could be triple that due to the work involved. I could tell you that mine only cost me the clearcoat, but my dad has a body shop...heck you could go to Macco & pay less than $500. You get what you pay for in some cases...
You need to be a little more descriptive w/ what you want to do & what condition your car is in...& yes, some paint is more expensixe than others (mainly metallics & reds)...t-red $300+ per gallon (not including the clearcoat)

i just had my car estimated, 2 different places said about $2500 ..at least, if u were going to change the color.. if u keep the same color, it wont be quite as expensive cause they wont have to do the jams and under the hood and all

A standard job with quality paint is gonna run $2500 and up. Reds or yellows add to the cost as well as how much extra work is needed just to get the car ready to shoot. I know this seems petty. but why do we come to this conclusion every other week..? Check out archive forums

True. Unless u find some skilled neighbor with his own garage - u should be looking for 25 huns unless u decide to go with a diff color - then add another 2 grand.
