Well if my memory still works I do.... however, they're well south (cross at Hastings and go)...
I think we may be able to feed on a little better than Applebee's in that area... but I'll leave that open.

Well what do you suggest? No one else seems to be familiar with the area so help us out...

I'm sorry... brain and typing not meeting together and abbreviating...
In the Snelling/I-94 area, we always went to The Malt Shop when I was at Hamline... good food, quite reasonable (similar price to Applebees, though no bar service), and in the same basic area... Concordia east of Snelling a little bit. Otherwise, for Mexican there is Chevy's (Hamline at St. Anthony, I miss Rio Bravo which used to be there), and other places have likely opened since I recall well. Maybe I just don't care for Applebees, but that location was never one of their better ones either.
On the western Wisconsin drive... I was just saying that the area we played before would be a good drive to get to, as we crossed at Hastings, then basically went to River Falls the back way. I'm still open for it, but just letting people know it's a hike.

Somehow I dont think Mexican would be a good idea if we plan to go play... That malt shop sounds alright if we'd rather go there, I have to think that no one would be too bummed out if there was no bar service. If you all want to do that we should post some directions on how to get there too...

Well in the interest of time I feel we should probably meet at Applebees at 1 so that we are able to have a 24 hr meeting arrangement for everyone. The address is:
1600 University Ave W Spruce Tree Center Saint Paul, MN 55104 (651) 642-9757
If we want we can decide to go elsewhere but lets plan on meeting there at 1pm in the parking lot. I say we can wait til 1:15 before we decide to go in or go somewhere else so anyone having trouble finding it can get there. I guess we could just meet around someones contour?? I dunno I know that Andy is planning to be there with his silver E0 and I will be there with my T-red 98 Se so look for one of us. We can figure out the rest of the details there.... let me know if there are any problems and please post agian if youll be showing up so that we know how mnay to expect/wait for.

Thanks everyone for showing up at the meet! It was great to see your cars, put some names with faces and of course BS! I dont have time to post but Andy and I had quit the adventure on the way back to school, not to mention a perfect road to cruise on! We will have to do this again soon. Ill try and post more tomorrow, later-Doug

Yea thanks to you all who showed up, it was fun to see some other contours. Is there anyway you can repost those pics? It told me the server was unavailable? We found the PERFECT road to cruise home on and had quite the adventure. A gorgeous day, the road was completely empty, straight at first and then turned into the curviest road I've ever been on. Doug did this cool trick to make his car stand on 3 wheels. We'll have to get some pics of that up. Not recommended to drive with snow tires though...

HAHA....yeah I wouldnt exactly call it a trick but I would definitely have to agree that snow tires DO NOT belong on that road! I turned the film in at target today so it should be ready in the next few. Andy and I are planning on attacking that road again later this week hopefully with my new 17's to avenge my "trick"...
