I am needing new mids badly right now. I have some Cerwin Vega 6.5's from Best Buy in there now, they suck, period. I want seperates. I want to stay around 200 per set, maybe a bit more if they are really worth it. Or if you have some insanely great 6.5 that costs a lot more, maybe i can do one set now and just add some mid-bass in the rear later? Anyway, I will running between 75 to 125 RMS to whatever I get.

You should check out www.zalytron.com, www.madisound.com and www.partsexpress.com. in the $200 range, you can find some nice Vifa/Scan Speak stuff. Focal, Audax, and Vifa are all solid. Pretty much any of their products will sound better than your 6.5" coaxials, given the right environment. Take a look at them. www.audax.com has the specs for all their speakers. You really don't need 40Hz bass extension (with your sub), just efficient mids.
