OP pharmerdan_dup1 New CEG\'er P Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 26	I replaced my 98 cvst's alternator at 58k. Guess what, it died on me at 82k! Mother! 3 am in the middle of nowhere.

rage2299 CEG\'er R Joined: Apr 2004 Posts: 59 new jersey	something you may want to check. my alternator died. but all the service parts are availible for it. i bought the brushes and regulator for 26 dollars from ford. i also cleaned the stator and it was good as new.
