about 3-5mpg....
But that is in the same 472, 4 speed, 2 holley 4-barrels (850 double pumpers).. (and with only a 10 gallon tank..) all in a 65 Chevy flareside custom.
That thing will pass anything..... except a gas station..
So.. yeah... I hear yah, Elky...

I've only been averaging 20 mpg city driving in my V6 ATX, but I make a lot of short trips in heavy traffic.

I've been getting 17-18 MPG in mixed driving. 99 CSVT, so obviously V6 and 5-speed. The mileage was so bad it led me to jump on the group buy for the OBD-2 code reader, which tells me I have a Po4o2 - EGR Flo Excess trouble code.

I seem to average 22-28 depending on the traffic conditions. the Tour is mainly used to commute twice a week to bottom of NYC. So going 90 when i can or all the way down to a standstill. But my car needs some cleaning. the Oxygen sensor 'check engine' codes come on every other week.

I avg 26-28 in town, 28-30 on the highway. On my way up to Pueblo this past weekend, I averaged 32mpg. I musta had a tailwind.

My dad kept an excel spreadsheet for the 110,000 miles before he gave me the car: 29 mpg total, 40/40/20 country roads, highway, city.
