Um Jim, there is nothing at the Dragon but the Dragon.  I think there's a strip in or around Knoxville. We've got an 1/8th mile track here in Chattanooga, so that's pretty much on your way up and back, right?

Well, I talked to Kim (1) about it and it will be harder for us to make it in August because of the girls starting school. So, the end of July it is for us.
How far into Aug do they start? If it is early august, then it is settled for end of July.....

Oh yeah! I just thought I would rub it in... Rich and Lora are on their way over. I am going to be smoking about 10 pounds of spare ribs. I just got finished cutting off the tips, trimming them up and applying the secert rub. I am also going to be smoking a few chicken breast, so we can try out some of the Gibson's White BBQ sauce I made.
Wish all you guys were here.
