When braking from 80 mph or better I'm getting a vibration in the steering wheel; not panic type braking either just slowing to lower speed. Nothing like this is happening below 80 mph - not even 70 or lower. Is it possible that replacing brake components on the right is contributing? I had to replace rotors/calipers on one side due to damage; but the vibration doesn't feel side specific and I don't feel a pull to either side at any time, even under 'goin' too fast for this traffic' braking. Anyone with an idea of what I may need to repair or replace?

did you replace the pads or are you re-using the old ones? check for worn wheel bearings.

Sticking caliper slide pins can cause this as can warped rotors.

How do you remedy sticking slide pins? A friend said my wheel was shaking when I was braking the other day (from like 5mph).

You remove them, clean them, lubricate them with brake caliper grease, reinstall them and confirm that they are allowing the caliper to "float" or "slide" properly. This should be done any time the brake pads are replaced.

Thanks for the respose, I had the work done and I believe they reused the pads. If not the bearings could the pads cause this issue?
