Okay, the body shop did a good job and my tour's back to normal On the other hand, the right hand headlight is now slightly brighter than the left one.

That reminds me that my left light is busted. A previous accident has damaged the mounting so the light cannot be adjusted in aim. The case is fine, but the adjustment screws turn freely, doesn't catch on anything.

So, how much trouble is it to replace the whole assembly? I guess the part is like $100+ from local dealer?

Interesting observation... On the original light (left side), the adjustment screws have Torx heads. The replacement light has regular Philips heads. Weird...

it isnt that hard i work for a ford dealership and i did it in like 10 min and i had both sides in

Use Bill Jenkins for a new headlight assembly so you don't get hosed by the local dealer.

Three screws per side, and it lifts right out...

1 on fender side, one in lower center, and one on other side..

remove the bulbs and replce in opposite order..



Agreed.. use Bill Jenkins, or his upcoming replacement.
