I was wondering how many of you guys are in your local respective SVTOA chapters. I know here in Okie, we have not only SVT owners, but models ranging from Mustang GTs to Panteras. Sadly, I am consistently the only CSVT.

Just wanted to see if you guys are active in SVTOA. And if you are, how many Contours show up.

I didn't know that. All this time, I thought you had to have a SVT to belong. What does it cost to join (if anything)?

I'm in my local chapter. I can't remember what I paid, though.

Do the benefits you receive make it worth the $40/year for the membership? Just Curious.

I haven't found anythign really worth the $40! And I think it's a sham that non-SVT owners pay the same as earlier SVT owners and new owners get it for free for life!

Andy W. The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

I'm a member of the SVTOA - Heart of Illinois Chapter.

http://www.svtoa-hoi.com

It's $20/year and is a fun time. There are two other CSVT owners who regularly participate in addition to myself.

Lots of different stuff brought in by members too.
