Ok for you Contique owners who have swapped out the 5x7's for 5.25's or 6.5's what is the sound stage difference? I rode in my friends 2000 Maxima with the Bose system in it and it sounds nice for a factory system. The Maxima has 5.25's in all four doors. If I could get a better sound by going to the "round" speaker set up then this is what I'll do.

By the way, I will be dynomatting my doors once I break them down to get the highest sound quality possible.

The soundstage is more directly related to position than anything else. I doubt that most people have much improvement in that aspect of sound. Sound qaulity can improve dramatically with a good amp/component set.
