You have to remove the whole panel. Look under Mods/Parts/How To's on this site...there is instructions there. It's pretty easy other then the screw covers in the door handle's and inside power mirror cover. There a ***** to get out. Some have had success with using double sided tape. I drilled mine out and went to ford and bought new ones. They bent me over though, $2.80 a piece!!! They wanted 4.30 but I said I wouldn't pay it and they gave them to me for cost. Good Luck!
