Erase the stored codes by pulling your jumper while the codes are being flashed.
Alternatively, you can unplug the battery and go take a break.
Then, re-read the codes after having reconnected everything and test driven the car.
There is a small gray plug called the Octane Shorting Plug installed in the wiring harness of your car. It is allso referred the SPOUT plug. It is located immediately adjacent to the ICM which is on the passenger side firewall.
From the PCED: "DTC 341 indicates OCT ADJ shorting bar is not in or the OCT ADJ circuit is open."
If the plug is installed,

NOTE:
There should be continuity from OCT ADJ circuit through the in-line connector and shorting bar to SIG RTN circuit.
l Key off.
l Disconnect Powertrain Control Module (PCM). Inspect for damaged or pushed out pins, corrosion, loose wires, etc. Service as necessary.
l Install breakout box, leave PCM disconnected.
l Measure resistance between Test Pin 46 and OCT ADJ Test Pin at the breakout box (refer to «schematic» for appropriate OCT ADJ circuit test pin).
l Is the resistance less than 5.0 ohms?
Yes
REPLACE PCM. REMOVE breakout box. RERUN «Quick Test».
No
SERVICE open OCT ADJ circuit or shorting bar or SIG RTN circuit. REMOVE breakout box. RERUN «Quick Test».
