the topic says it all? what are your opinions? So far I'm lookin at pioneer 6x8's. not sure about 2 or 3 ways. I listen to alot of rap and techno, with some rock and metal thrown in. Also, as another alternative. (dont have the money for everything) how much would an amped bazooka add instead of the new doors?

The site for the Vifas Roland was referring to is www.madisound.com. They are at the top of the onsale page. They are in the same price range as top quality 6x8s but compete with 300.00 component sets for SQ. 130.00 and limited supply. Hurry if you want some.

I have a pair of Blaupunkt ODx663's in front and rear. They're dual voice coil woofer triaxial speakers. If you run an external amp and dynamat the SH!T out of the doors to get a really tight seal, this set has really good/tight bass extension. I absolutely love mine. Plus, they're round, so you don't get the "colored" sound like you would from oval speakers. Best part is you can get them thru crutchfield right now for $70 a pair. The retail on em is $150....

I'm going to try that as soon as my mat comes in. I'll post results.
