My rear speakers were just installed (pioneer 6x8's 3 way) and they seem to rattle or vibrate in the door when the bass is up.. I didnt know if this was common or they wernt installed right or what. any help is appreciated.

They just might be loose happen to me in the front with my 3 way 6x8's.I have in the back 4 way 6x9's just put them in three weeks ago no cutting just a spacer and some dynamat.

it seems like our doors must be prone to spitting out screws. There are a lot of people reporting this problem.

dynamat, dynamat, dynamat...do not underestimate its power! I'm speaking from experience...that rattle is the bass that your speaker can't produce becuase of poorly sealed airspace. Spend $20 at mcmaster-carr...you'll be thrilled that you did...
