Do you guys know if i can adjust the clutch in the SVT? It goes in 1st and 3rd rough sometimes. I've adjust the clutch in a older passat, its pretty easy, but before i start taking mine apart id like to know if this is possible, or is it hydraulic and im screwed?

It is hydraulic, and you may be having the infamous syncro problem.

Search around in the Tranny forum.

it is a hydraulis clutch so I don't know if it can be adjusted, but you can bleed the clutch

I would suggest changing the fluid, makes a world of difference
