Ok here the situation its kinda long so bare with me I have a 99 se with a duratech on that has about 115K on it its acually is running very strong but i dout that that would be for long. I want to drop a zetec turbo in it, my first question is which turbo kit can I get to make about 260 to 280 HP at the wheels, and on a scale of 1-5 how hard is it to do the swap? Thank for all your help you guys always give me good ideas.

Are you asking how hard it would be to pull the V6 duratec, and swap it entirely for a turboed I4 Zetec??
Or...
Are you asking if you could use a turbo kit from a Zetec on the Duratec??

I ment putting a a zetec motor with a turbo kit on it. Cause im not sure of the difficulty of the swap. Plus I wanna know if it would be cheaper (if it is how much cheaper)than rebuilding my motor with strong internals and putting a streetflight kit on it. (I also plan to put strong internals in the zetec motor as well)

i see the street flight costing you less than a zetec swap and turbo mainly because the axles, motor mounts, tranmission, etc are different.

dude, rebuild your current engine, all you need for a descent rebuild and mild boost are new gaskets, new bearings (main+rods) which will run u $500 tops.
And a turbo kit.
If you want to run in some REALLY HIGH boost conditions, you'd have to get forged pistons with different rings, since the stock rings show problems. . .you can run stock rods. . .but if you have extra $$$, might as well, eh?
And then a turbo kit.

how much boost do u think I can run on the rebuild motor, I was thinking like 10 max? I'd like 250 at the wheels and with 8-10 psi, a few good bolt on, and a lot tunning that might be possible.

well warmonger is running 9psi on stock pistons + rods, on his 3L...I think the last time I talked to him on the phone, when he had his old 3L (my new one!) he said on 8psi with the stock pistons+rings his dipstick tube would pop out like 3 inches!...10psi may be a little on edge, the EGT would prolly be pretty high at that level of boost and with the stock rings I think you would have a little blow-by. I would suggest at the least when you rebuild it put in some good pistons+rings and some clevite 77 rod bearings. The you could run 10psi safely.

On a 3L, rings on the 3L pistons are WAYYY diff from the stock ones on a 2.5ler. . .I think 10psi is MORE than enough, wavdr like he said was posting 13's WITH a boost leak (what, maybe 6 psi?? then). . .I'm putting a manual dual stage boost controller for 10 and 15psi. . .

The car would only hold 9psi for a moment or two then begin to bleed down to 6psi...oh well, nothing like trapping 105 with a boost leak! Maybe "next time", who knows the planets may be aligned and I'll have everything working perfectly....
