Im looking to get one of those sony Xplode headunits in the next couple weeks, and was wondering where everyone buys from. Any suggestions for reputable online stores with cheap prices and good customer service? Thanks for the help.

crutchfield.com has a great rep, but higher prices.

try www.cdeals.com
www.carstereowarehouse.com
www.millionbuy.com
www.savinglots.com

read all shipping/return policies, and ask questions if you're unsure, then go with what feels comfortable. I've looked at all these places and more, but few ship to Canada, or duty would make them just as expensive as paying retail.

I've had good luck buying from vendors on EBAY, but like always, buyer beware.
A few things I look at before bidding on EBAY are (in no particular order):

1) Is the vendor a store or private party (store is better).

2) Do they take credit cards and/or Paypal (shows the vendor is a professional, I hope).

3) Does the vendor give a full mailing address and phone number or just a P.O. Box number (I don't trust just a P.O. Box number).

4) What does their feedback look like (I don't do business with anyone with more than one negative feedback).

Before bidding on ANY on-line auction, do your research to avoid overbidding on an item.

I've also had pretty good luck with www.autotoys.com.
