[old man voice] SLLOOOOOOWWW DOWNN!!!! This is a NEIGHBORHOOD! [/old man voice] i love that commerical. I have never driven one of those but I did sit in one at the auto show and it seemed too tight for me inside. I'm 5'11 182lbs. Not the biggest kid in the neighborhood....but still too tight for me. I did love the steering wheel location and the tightness of the shifter.....oof....I bet I would miss a few gears during the initial run through! All in all, I liked it, just too small. A friend of mine LOVES his Celica - In fact, he just bought his second!

Same with me. My buddy loves his to death, but, when I sat in it, I was pretty cramped with the seat all the way back. It seemed to have decent guts (it's the straight GT with the auto), but, not a bad looking car, that's for certain. I'd rather have a slightly bigger engine, though... I need at least 6 cyls to be happy.

I hear that, friend of mine just got a 94 Integra GSR, I think it was, has DC header and intake and some like of mufler, kinda loud but not to bad, yeah it had some power but when the vtec kicked in it didn't do anything but get louder, but I was expecting power like our cars when hitting the secondaries, car was alright but the previous owner slammed the front of the car and i feel it was way to low...he like it so its all good

stock for stock the celica GTS 6spd is faster then my svt. I drive it now and then and i would say the handling feels a little better. also your right about the shifter the first few times i tried to drive it fast i was missing gears left and right. It takes a little getting used to. i have no problem with room im only 5'7 so no big deal and its not much smaller then my last car (01 cougar). Im pretty sure on getting it but it wont happen for at least 2 months. and yes most of my mods will be forsale when the time comes

just my opinion, but that Celica looks ridiculous. go for something with a little more class if you sell the SVT.

Me, personally, I wouldn't mind getting my hands on a WRX sportwagon....can you say "sleeper"?
Seriously, when my fiancee' was out shopping for cars (gotta love test drives), the one car that we drove that was very impressed with was a 2004 SE-R. I used to have a 1993 SE-R and that car was not only fun to drive and easy to work on, but there are a zillion parts vendors out there for mods. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it handled and how stiff the body was (the front and rear STB's didn't hurt either). Just my .02$
