Had to replace my rear lower control arm, and i was wondering if i need to get me rear end re-alligned?

IF it was aligned correctly before, and IF you put the sub-frame back exactly as it came out, then probably not........that's a couple of big IF's though. It's kinda like working on the front end suspensin.....it's possible to get lucky and get everything re-aligned correctly......but then again, who knows.
