Ok guys, the reason why i put this in General Mods was that it kind of had a cross between Rims and suspension, but i have a few questions: -is there ANY combination of rim sizes and tires sizes that'll look good yet not require me to lower them. (not stock) -Where can i find some cheap ST200's?

I'd stick with 16's, and a 205/55 or 215 or 225/50 tire. I think your car might sit a bit higher than mine, though. Check the link in my sig for pics.

would 17's with 215/45/17s work? or would it require lowering?

Well, it's a question of aesthetics. Generally, you want your wheel well gap to be shorter than your sidewall height, or at worst, equal. A 215/45 will make your gap look huge, and the car will look lifted.

dang....so is 16's the only way to go? God i wish i could get some 17s without lowering. is there any other combination of 17s that would make the wheel well gap smaller without making the tire look huge?
