Could non-SVT rotors put on an SVT cause a decrease in stopping power vs. SVT rotors?

Since the SVT rotors have a larger diameter, unless you change the brackets to relocate the calipers then it will cause a DRASTIC decrease in stopping power.

I don't know who MMars is or what happened, but...

Considering the decrease in stopping power over what I'd be used to, should I bring up a lawsuit or some type of formal complaint against the Ford dealer that put the wrong rotors on? In my previous post labeled "Wrecks", I write out how I got in one.

If the dealer tech put regular Contour brake rotors on an SVT, get a free consult with a lawyer.
