Alright, so the problem today is that the light which makes the air conditioning controls light up green at night on the right hand side of the cluster is burned out. half of my cluster glows, and the other half is blank. I went to the dealer to have it taken car of(didn't think it should be too much of a problem), when i find out they of course are going to charge $80.00 just to take a look at it. Well i figure it would be better for me just to do it myself. So i'm trying to determine the best course of Action. can I just take off a small panel as if I were replacing the stereo? or do I have to take apart the whole dash?

First, you have to specify what year your car is so we know what to suggest.
