What sort of issues do I have to look forward to as far as the fuel system in concerned? Also, anybody know a ballpark figure on replacing a roller rocker arm?

Shouldn't have any issues as long as it has a return system on it. Even if it doesn't, just swap your old fuel system onto it. The roller rocker is a bit of a pain. You've got to pull the valve covers and loosen the cam up that is on it to pull it out. Probably looking at 4+ hours labor at a minimum. Part is very cheap compared to the labor.
