You write to the companies on the list, inform them you are interested in purchasing X amount of Product ABC, and could they send you a sample? You set up an account with FedEx or DHL, and have them ship you the sample and you pay the shipping by providing them with your shipping account number so that the company who is sending you the item can bill it to your account. Thus getting a free in-dash player for only the cost of shipping. It's a good idea to get these lists if you are interested in becoming a reseller. However, its sorta like scamming the companies by telling them you want to buy their product, but never doing it. I bought the list with a guarantee that it would work, however my conscience got the better of me and I asked for a refund...
