ok guys i have a 95 se and want to upgrade my lower intake manifold. I know that the svt's have bigger lower's and some cougars do to but am unsure about whats yrs. Also do any of the 3L lowers fit and work? thx

the biggest lim you can get is a returnless lim from a 00'+ cougar or a 99' and 00' svt contour i believe, i know the 00' + cougars have them, no i dont think any 3L will fit, your best bet would be either a 00' cougar lower a 01' cougar lower or an 02' cougar lower DemonSVT knows moer about this maybe he will chime in sometime soon

nah i think they have the smaller ones, best bet is to goto ww.car-part.com and find one on there

I would get a returnless LIM.

However being you have a 95 you will have to do quite a bit of fabrication to make it work with the different fuel rail and vacuum secondaries.

It has been discussed in detail before (I.E. SEARCH!!!)


Also without a better UIM it will not change anything really. I'd fix that bottle neck first.
