Hi everyone,

I've got a loose steering wheel in my 96 Mystique as well as a loose airbag cover. I found help on the airbag cover, but with the loose wheel I'm lost. I can move the wheel by pushing on it like a tetter-totter kind of effect and it is getting worse. Can anyone help? With my luck, the wheel will fall off in my hands on the highway.
Also, not sure if this is relevant or not, but I had an alignment done somewhat recently. Do they have to remove the wheel for that? Thanks.

You mean loose as in front to back movement, not side to side? I believe a large nut holds it on, getting to it may be a bit of a challenge but nothing to bad, and it may need to be tightened. No, steering wheel is not touched for an alignment.
