Well..... you can always go to Sears, buy a Craftsman drill and some bits, and make your own holes Its what I did to my friend's car who wanted to install an amp so badly

If you take off your the plastic vent where your windsheild wipers are, right between the windsheild and the hood, on the driver side. There is a rubber gromit on both sides of the opening from the engine bay into the cab, that takes you right in above the gas peddle i belive. Take a hanger, poke it through and find it somewhere under the stering wheel, it should come out between the brake and the gas peddle. Then run your wire through that,(tape the wire to the hanger and pull it through works like a charm.)

ahhh hhaaa haaa, thats the shittiest way to do it, don't break your wiper blade, there is easy spot to drill, and its way easier

Why drill a hole, when you can use a rubber gromet that is already there? If you watch what you are doing, you won't break anything. We usually just take things apart at my place, rather than break them.

That grommet is the easiest & best way. There's already a debate here about drilling into the firewall. I wouldn't do it at all. Just take the plastic shroud off around the wipers (have to remove wiper arm) and the shroud is two pieces so both wipers need to come off. Then unscrew all the screws (some covered by black plastic caps, others are torx screws under the hood. Remove that, look in that hole by the wiper arms and you'll see the grommet. It actually unscrews I believe, but you can poke a hole right in the middle, run the wire through and look by the gas pedal and there you go!

Hmmm...I went through a rubber grommet on the fire wall without removing anything (besides the rubber plug, of course). I believe my wires came out more near the clutch than the gas peddal. I have my amp power wire (4 gauge I believe) going through there with no problems. Actually, now that I think of it I don't know if I actually removed the plug, I may have just cut a x in it to feed the wire through and still be sealed from the outside.
