Has anyone ever mastered clearing these? I heated the crap out of mine trying to crack them open. I know the yellow is molded in, but there has got to be a way. Perhaps once you get in you could dremel the yellow out, or heat it soft and scoop it out? I painted over mine til I figure this out. It will be done. IT WILL!

It has been done, but you can't use heat! You gotta dremel/sand that [censored] out of there. Do a search and you will be able to find the answer you seek, especially the the asthetics area.

From What i know auiotour was trying to do this, and you need a dremel and some sand paper. i am going to do this, i have brand new ones in my house right now . i am starting tom. and hopefully they will turn out right. just dont sand to far down cause the plastic is real thin once the yellow is gone.

I found the tutorials, and will be doing this. I'm going to wait til I get my parts car for the future 3L swap though. My lights are screwed up, and I want to do it to good ones.
