Something happened there.... you can see the SRT-10 let off the accelerator at the beginning... the car sits back as he takes off, then suddenly dives forward and the lightning takes off.
Also- was that lightning stock? I would think it would be hard to compete with an extra 120 hp...

SRT-10 is a stick, right? Probably not used to driving it yet. Lightning is an automatic... point and shoot to easy quarter mile times... while drinking a slurpy.

i agree, plus the SRT that i sat in's clutch was a piece of shite, super loose and absolutely no feel at all!

no way in hell.. i drove one friday... Very FAST!!!! the clutch is really touchy.. The guy went with me so i didn't get on it to much... he said 44k out the door.. The window sticker said 41k and i get a chrysler dicount.. bastard's

I think your info is a bit off.
Per www.dodge.com MSRP is $45,795 and just like the CSVT there are not really any options other than dealer installed accessories.
Also, Chrylser does not discount its HALO cars to employees and generally makes the employees wait a few months after release of the new products until the employee pricing gets kicked in.
