I don't know if Axis offers ANY of their wheels in 4x108mm bolt pattern. I don't think they do. Even if they do, you'll have a tough time getting 19x8" wheels to fit without rubbing, IMO.

The fitment you are looking for is 4x108mm bolt pattern and an offset of +38mm to +45mm.

yes they do come in 4-108 bolt pattern.
most websites have them like the following:

discounttiredirect.com
wheelstudio.com
wheelmax.com
and many more list them with contour svt bolt pattern

mainly the rims are a dual bolt pattern design

19" rims srub just like 18" rims use a 215-35-19 tire
i have heard that 225-35-19 work too. i am going with 215 tires.

if you want them you have take care of the scrub
mostly if your car is lowered beyond stock.

i am going to 19's not sure which ones:

konig prophet's
focal f5's
tsw ribs
all in chrome

Either one should work I beleive, but if it lowers the stance of the car I would go 18" rims. Same setup and 19" rims would be a hell of a look on a SVT.

For one you have increased the footprint with the wider tire 205 (16",17" rims) compared to a 215 or 225 tire (18",19" rims). Plus with a more sport type suspension from Bat Inc., it sould handle like a Porsche 911 on the Autobaun.

Remember more rubber on the road the more control you will have plus better traction to play with or burn!!

James I think you're a little out of your tree in your logic....205s on a 17?? Not unless you drive a Honda. 215s on a 19, you must drive a Honda. As for the making the car handle like a Porsche on the Autobahn, it would be more like a Yugo on the Autobahn.

Johnny I have a 98 SVT, at first i had 205 on 17" rims it was okay no problems, but went to 215 after the tires didn't last long (came as a package). I am going 215/35 on the 19" rims because that is what was told to me by rim shop. I heard that 225/35 would work but I don't know no one using them on a svt. and no way in hell will I buy a Honda. If I won one tricked out from a sweepstakes it would be one e-bay in a flash.

first mistake was 205 on 17s. i assume 205/40. just not enough rubber and doesnt support the load that the contour puts on the tires. civics (i believe r lighter) can do 205-40. since 215 is stock size on svt, going to a profile ratio of 45 or 40 or 35 all your doing is decreasing the profile and increasing chances of wheel problems due to less rubber. IF u can run 225/40/18 or 225/35/19 i think that would be better. as always getting something right may take extra work, (researching the wheels and proper offset, rolling fenders, pulling fender arches, etc).

some guys r even running 235/40/17. they can do 40 on a 17 cuz of the extra width balancing it out to add to the profile size

oh and i dont think any axis rims come stock in 4x108. they have to be custom drilled. if sellers carry the bolt pattern, i suspect they r dual bolt patterns w/ one of them drilled out. every axis owner, including myself, had to get the bolt pattern custom drilled.

You should go for 225/35ZR19 you'll got a better handling...i personally got 215/35ZR19 on 19X8 and those tire are a bit not enough wide for the rims... if you don't want any problems you should go for 225 !

mods ? Wut ! 19 inches ! My Car SOLD
