Can anyone recommend a good service advisor at Berge?
I haven't had the best of luck there but the extended warranty on my car necessitates that I go there or spend an extra $50 each time for the deductible.
The guy that I had before was a putz! Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!

I go to 5 Star at McDowell and Scottsdale. The last guy I used was Mike. He was good, kept me informed and didn't surprise me with stuff as he was going.
480.946.3900 #234 IIRC.

Thanks brotha! If I need anything in the future I'll let you know for sure.
I went ahead and took it to Berge because the issue was simple. I was getting some occasional moosing so they replaced the IAC.

Moosing? Describe what that is. I'm having an issue with my car and moosing seems to be a good term to describe my problem.

A resonating sound in the Idle air control hose. Usually on decel I believe.

Keyser's description is good. For me it was at idle when the car was cold. It sounded like a fog horn under the hood. When the car got a bit warmer it would stall occasionally on decel. The rpms would just drop straight to 0. With a new IAC, both issues seem to be fixed.
It is a VERY common problem. Hope that helps.

Po'Jay put some zip ties on his IAC hose and it went away I think. You'd need to ask him.

I get a whistle sometimes, and pinching the IAC hose will make the whistle go away.

So By putting on a new IAC will that fix the problem? Was it a bad design for the IAC? The fog horn description is exactly what my car does. So did they redesign the IAC or what?
Thanks
